Reverb / Reaktion Books

Reverb is a series of books on the cultural history of popular music, published by Reaktion Books and distributed in North America by the University of Chicago Press. The series was established in 2010 by Reaktion Books and series editor, John Scanlan. Each of the books in the series offers a new perspective on the connections between music, particular artists and performers, musical cultures and the times and places they emerge from.

Alex Harvey book tour

Alex Harvey, author of Song Noir: Tom Waits and the Spirit of Los Angeles, recently held a launch party and reading at Let It Roll records Kentish Town Rd, London (27th July), where a great time was had by all (some images from Let It Roll, above).
